Have you thought about what you are going to prepare for Thanksgiving Day? Traditions aside, and as I always say, it is a nice excuse to meet with loved ones and thank them for all the great things they have given us in life. After all, despite our problems, we have a lot of reasons to be thankful for!

And since I am a chubby girl, at least in spirit, I like to celebrate by eating (well, who doesn’t?), and if it is something delicious, even better!

Today, I want to share a few recipes and fairly traditional ingredients with some interesting changes! This menu is ideal to entertain family and friends (and you as well!).

Let’s begin with the traditional turkey and this recipe for Rosemary Roasted Turkey

The turkey is delicious and you have many options with leftovers! But if you don’t add the trimmings, it can be lonely and a bit boring! But, with these Roasted Brussels Sprouts and this Creamy Corn Casserole, your turkey will be more than happy!

Of course no dinner can be dinner without dessert! And what is the most famous ingredient of autumn? Yes, it is the pumpkin! Let’s use it to prepare this delicious Two Layer Cheesecake! My mouth is already watering!
